Tan & Teh was established in 2001. Since its inception, it has carried out a wide variety of distinguished assignments. Some major assignments recently undertaken by the firm are:

- Valuation of a group of advertising companies, fast-food restaurant chains and dental clinics;
- Planning, implementation and project management of the computerisation of the inventory system and point-of-sale system for a bookshop;
- IPO feasibility study and business planning for a printing ink manufacturer and plastic packaging manufacturer ;
- Due diligence audit of a signage material manufacturer for the purpose of merging with a foreign investor;
- Review and advice on internal-control systems and corporate governance to various SMEs.
